This was my third lease from Ken Marr in 6 years. He is down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, caring and concerned. There is no doubt that I will continue to drive 45 miles out of my way bypassing other conveniently located Honda Dealerships to my home to get the level of service that I get from Lee Auto Mall, Ken Marr and Ed Giroux. Shopping for a car at Lee was probably the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever done.  We knew what we wanted and had been looking for over a month. When we saw Lee had a number of Jeeps that met our criteria we stopped in on Thursday night and drove home that evening with exactly what we were looking for. Aaron Chase was a pleasure to work with. The price was right, the paperwork was easy, the financing was a piece of cake. Not only was Aaron great but every employee we encountered was friendly and smiling - not something you see often at other dealerships.  No pressure to buy, no price changes once we decided we wanted the vehicle, no jumping through hoops to get what we wanted. We definitely felt that everyone we encountered went above and beyond in friendliness, knowledge, and customer service.

I was just looking around because I needed a new car. Dave Carter came out and started showing me around.  I was initially looking at a used Honda but ended up with a 2013 Jeep Patriot which is better suited for my needs. Dave was a salesman, he didn't act like a programmed clone for the manger.  He made decisions and followed through on them. I would have never bought a Jeep if it was not for Dave. Thanks!

I have now purchased the third new vehicle from Lee Dodge in Auburn. Cam Edgecomb has assisted me each time. After the first experience with Cam I had extreme confidence that he would do his best to find the best vehicle for my needs. His attention to customer satisfaction is amazing. I was not pressured for a sale. I was allowed ample time to survey the parking lot and looked at several vehicles to determine what vehicle was suitable for my needs.Chris Sharples allowed me that time and it resulted in a fine hassle-free sales. Chris did a great job. I told myself after buying my first GMC from Lee that because of the almost complete maintenance free vehicle other than normal wear and tear, I would again buy a new vehicle from them. And again I was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you all and see you soon. Also you have a great service den area for customers and the women at the service counter are very nice and friendly.

From the moment I walked through the door, I found the entire staff present to be friendly and willing to start the process of buying a new vehicle quick and efficient.Unlike some other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, Ted Hathaway and his team made sure I felt comfortable with the experience and did not make me feel pressured. We enjoyed working with Joe Day on the purchase of our new Highlander.  He was knowledgeable, matter-of-fact and low pressure which made us feel comfortable with making our purchase.  The entire process took about 6 hours and concluded at about 8pm.  At no point did he rush us in trying to close the deal.  We will refer friends and family to Joe should they express an interest in buying a vehicle.
