Contest rules
1. How to Enter the Contest:
a. The contest will begin on Monday, August 2, 2010 and end on Monday, September 13, 2010.
b. To participate in the contest, persons must obtain a "Show Me Your Lee" decal or red "Lee" license plate from any Lee dealerships or from radio station. Decals and/or plate must be placed in a vehicle. No purchase necessary. Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the station.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
a. The contest is open to all WBLM and WCYY listeners who are 18 years of age. Employees of Lee Auto Mall and its various subsidiaries, and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Employees of Citadel Broadcasting and its various subsidiaries are also ineligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.
b. Contest winners are required to sign a release for the receipt of a prize.
3. Prizes:
a. 50 participants will be identified and 'pulled over' by radio station representatives and awarded a $100 on the spot prize and are immediately qualified for the grand prize drawing of $5,000. The grand prize winner will be drawn on air during WBLM's morning show on Monday, September 13th.
b. Qualifying prizes are provided courtesy of Lee Auto Mall. Grand prize is also provided courtesy of Lee Auto Mall.
c. Any prize not claimed within forty five days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Lee Auto Mall is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
d. Contest prizes are not transferable.
e. Grand Prize winner will receive 1099 IRS Tax form for the value of the grand prize as stated in these contest rules.
f. Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner's receipt of this prize.
4. Selection of Winners:
a. Decisions of Lee Auto Mall management with respect to the contest are final.
b. August 2, 2010 thru September 10, 2010 - 50 participants with a clearly visible "Show Me Your Lee" decal and/or red "Lee" plate will be spotted and chosen by a WBLM representative to win $100 on the spot and qualify to win the grand prize of $5,000.
c. On September 13, 2010, a live, on-air drawing will be made and the winner of the $5,000 cash prize will be announced.
d. Winner need not listen to win, station will call winner to notify him/her of prize. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 7 days after the prize is awarded, an alternate winner will be selected by a second drawing of names.
5. Conditions:
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize. Photo identification and social security number of the Grand Prize winner may also be required in order to collect the prize.
b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
c. Contest winners (and their guests or travel companions, if any) will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by Lee Auto Mall. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold Lee Auto Mall, its licensee, Citadel Broadcasting Company, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. Lee Auto Malls reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel and/or modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Station management.
e. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of Lee Auto Malls.
g. Lee Auto Malls is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
