Trish and Jon were superlative! My husband and I went by Lee Toyota Topsham late afternoon on a Saturday last month, just to look! Trish showed us a few great picks our my needs. We test drove them and found the perfect fit. After a short conversation about finances we bought a pristine Avalon. With a fresh car wash and a full tank we drove away completely satisfied, in record time just under two hours! The follow up and professionalism has been outstanding. Every person we have had contact with at Lee have been exceptional. This is an example of customer service at it's best.

The salesman Larry, was fabulous to work with. I usually hate dealing with car salesman but Larry made buying  a new car (new to me) super easy. After finding out what I liked, Larry brought out a vehicle that I NEVER thought I would like, never mind buy, but Larry  nailed it. I love my Jeep Liberty ..  Thank you Larry , you're the best !!!

We had done our research and had narrowed our choices to three vehicles. Dwayne Standish was most helpful in alerting us when a Patriot we were interested in that was in transit arrived at the dealership. We arrived at 7:45 AM and Aaron immediately came out to the parking lot and introduced himself. He was professional, personable and well informed. He made our purchase a pleasurable experience. Gene completed our paperwork for financing in a timely manner and explained everything carefully to us. We will recommend the dealership to friends and family when they are in the market for a vehicle.

I am extremely happy with my new red 2015 Jeep Renegade!  It's a dream to drive--much easier for me to handle than my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I asked for 'low pressure' salesperson, and I got the perfect salesperson for me: Cord. I wasn't sure I would buy another new car so soon, but with Cord's relaxed and courteous manner, I easily got very interested in the new Renegade.  The whole process was pleasant from start to finish, and everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Cord!  I'm a very happy customer!

I started out wanting a truck, but soon found out it wasn't practical. Jana suggested an SUV and when I found something I liked she put it in the system to run numbers instantly. She was very helpful and always stayed in direct contact with me concerning anything I needed. She made it very easy to get me a vehicle, which was not the case anywhere else. I would come back to buy a vehicle just because of how nice/helpful Jana was.  I ususally don't take surveys, but in this case I really appreciate all that was done to make me a highly satisfied customer.

 I felt that both Larry Raynor and Bill Wheaton were genuinely concerned about making my car purchase at Lee Auto Westbrook a positive experience. There were some challenges in obtaining a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk with the color/features I wanted, but they responded to my needs quickly by obtaining two vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the vehicles had some additional features that I liked and it made my choice easy. One other thing that has impressed me very much is that Larry has continued to help me learn how to use all the technology in my new vehicle after the sale. This speaks volumes to me in that it shows me that Lee is interested in maintaining a relationship with me after the sale and it's not just about making the sale.  I appreciate that very much. I had been following the development of the Renegade Trailhawk for some time and thought I was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, but Larry really knows his stuff. An overall great experience, I really like my new Renegade Trailhawk and would recommend the vehicle and Lee Auto Westbrook to anyone.
